Food is decent. Nothing to rave about. The lady taking orders over the phone was polite. The man on the other hand was very rude. I had to spell out my street address 5 times and HE was the one who got frustrated with me. He hung up on me before even taking my CC# down. Last time I'm ordering from this place.
To the delivery guy/ guy on the phone:
Your inability to understand simple English doesn't give you the right to get pissed off and hang up on your customers. There are PLENTY of other Chinese restaurants around the area.

For a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, Panda House is pretty good. Their best dishes are the Curry Beef, General Tso's Chicken, and the Hunan styled meals. The white rice is better than the the pork fried rice that comes with some meals, because the white rice feels homemade, where the pork fried rice does not.
I would, however, stay away from the Lo Mein. It's not worth what you pay for. I've had it a few times, and the meat-noodle-vegetable ratio is off. There isn't enough meat, and it the dish rides on the greasy side. Other than this drawback, there are some pretty good dishes at this place.
