Me and my friends decided to try this place out, since we saw good reviews, but I really don't understand the high reviews for this place. Maybe I came on an off day or something because this place sucked! It was empty at 12:00 in the afternoon and the service was STILL slow. Took forever for our waiter to take our order and even longer for the food to come out. On top of that, the food was not anything exciting at all. Probably the crappiest tacos I've ever had. The tacos consisted of meat and a couple pieces of lettuce. wth!?! maybe add some cilantro? onions? sauce? Something!? meat had no flavor either. Only good thing I can say is that the price was cheap, but I'd rather get better food at Taco Bell...

Food was very good. I liked the pork the best when I ordered the enchiladas with mole sauce. Dessert shooters aren't worth it and are mostly whipped cream. None of us liked it much. Place appears to be very family friendly and there were children at almost every table. When I go for Mexican food, I prefer more of a bar situation, but that's just me. Service was very good. They have some kind of deal where if you save your receipts up to $350 they give you $25 off, not bad if it's your place to take friends as you can easily rack up ~$100 per visit.

My family and I often come here for birthdays and other occasions. The staff is very helpful. After multiple visits with 20+ friends each, they consistently provide excellent service in the party room in the back of the restaurant.
And, as for the food, almost everything is worth trying. Be sure to check out their wall of hot sauces and give one a go, if you're brave enough!

Great simple Mexican food! Especially since they renovated after Sandy. Food is always consistent, Service is fast and friendly and the margaritas are great. With Mexican, my personal preference are the simple classics, like enchiladas, burritos and tacos and Pancho's nails them all. The sauces that accompany are always good and if something isn't right they are really good about fixing it quickly and without an attitude. Lots of great appetizers too. The tiny burrito appy and the jalapeno poppers are really good. They also have quality southwestern dishes, one of my favorites being the Cattleman's Skirt Steak. All around, Pancho's is always worth the wait (you can wait at the bar, which is fast and friendly) and the portion sizes are a good deal.

just had a great lunch (sat.) Too much food for one person so we shared avocado toast and ordered a side of home fries. It was more than enough food for two senior, senior citizens. Everything was delicious even the corn muffins and mini dessert. Service was excellent. We will return.
