I am so mad with this Company right now. They are truly ripping people off. Please stay far far away from this company. My last three bills are absolutely ridiculous. My charges for June 2016 is 358.38, July 462.65, and August is 494.14. This is just for the Palmco distribution charges. There is no way in all He!! that my bill from them should have been this high. My electric usage is reasonable so I cannot believe this. If you want to be overcharged and ripped off then go with Palmco, if you want decent rates Please Please Please find another carrier. I am mad it made me give them any stars.

DO NOT EVER use Palm Co Energy. They came to my door when my fiancé wasn't home and made me decide on the spot whether I was going to switch before I could discuss it with him. I stupidly accepted. My PECO bill steadily increased with Palm Co as my supplier, and my most recent bill was double the highest amount I've ever paid PECO. I immediately cancelled my policy and am switching back to PECO. The PECO customer service representative told me that the rates Palm Co was charging me were more than double PECO's rate for both gas and electric. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The company called PALMCO is in my own view, a syndicate of fraudsters who are specialized in ripping people off their hard earned money. They send their agents everywhere, throwing as bait, a promotional offer, cunningly put as 'variable rates'. First two months charges would give you a transient bill relief but lo! You're in for a big fraud. In subsequent month, you'd be handed a bill equivalent to what PEPCO would have ordinarily charged you in about 5 - 6 months.

I'm seriously warning people who usually seek to have a cut on their power bill or at least, do not want any predator to prey on them through any facade of promotional offer: never give PALMCO a try. You'll surely regret giving their agent any audience.

In just two months they charged me over $350.00 in my one bedroom apartment for a few kWhs of consumption.

If there's any star rating that is below 1, I would give them -100.

I've been under extreme financial stress when Palmco cam into my life! When I spoke to Michelle, telling her I could not afford $500 electric bills (never had an electric bill high then $225) and I couldn't keep up with the bills (PECO is sending shut off notices) Michelle advised me to call PECO for payment arrangements!!! I told her "have Palmco pay PECO for me and I'll make payment arrangements with her......of course she said no"!! Please Facebook me if you would like to see my bills that they are have charged me!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IM WARNING YOU TO STAY AWAY!! I spoke to several people who use a third party, with great reviews, I will be happy to share that information on Facebook for you!! I will write again to let everyone know how I'm getting out of this financial mess!!

I wouldn't have given even a 1 start if I could have given a 0 star rating. This company just likes to rip you off. first bills were fantastic. better than 10% lower than the normal supplier for my area. Then within a few months, were triple the cost of my supplier. Yes, 3X the normal cost. I quickly switched to another supplier.

Then today, they had the nerve to call me and suggest that I accidentally switched off their account. Yeah right.

Never again.
