Palisades Oral Surgery

1 star Because their isn't a choice for ZERO stars!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! Not only do they have just one DR who is NEVER available, the staff is RUDE and insensitive to patient needs. I was referred to this office by my daughters general dentist. I went there mid of August of this year. They give me an appointment to extract her tooth a MONTH later for 9/20/2015. Few days before 9/20/2015, they call me to cancel the appointment because the DR is not going to be available. Instead of apologizing to me, they tell me that her dental insurance is not accurate in system so they CANNOT reschedule!! After I lose my patience and tell them my daughters health is more IMPORTANT than MONEY and tell them i will pay cash (though i have insurance) if I have to but re-schedule her appointment. They reschedule me for 10/7/2015. They just called me today to tell me they have to cancel AGAIN !!! HORRIBLE !
