Palisades Medical Center

ER very poor service from the doctor super slow and inefficient and not to professional work. Making bad conclusions and decision without investigate deep the problem . very disappointed the service is the 3rd time and they make almost the same bad service.

This is heartbreaking for me to even have to write this. Sorry for typos. This my experience right now this week for my gf.
Right now 11:43 they wanted her to sign something stating something false and the staff is being rude to her.. They wanted to put reason she was being discharged was not getting perkocet or some drug.. she has only mentioned it becuz the doctor at palisades had put it on her prescriptions. She did not fill that precription. They want to frame her as some kind of junkie now.
Update 11:14 pm wed feb 10th 2016. As i am on the phone right now gfs being yelled at by a male voice saying he cant wait for her... this is the type of stuff thats not acceptable. She wants to be discharged shes in the bathroom and i hear. Somw guy yelling for her to hurry up and he cant wait for her. Shes in massive pain and they just want to test out toradol which isnt working to relieve her pain on her. She wants to be discharged.. as a man this is very heartbreaking to hear and anger inducing to see a loved one neglected and still in pain. We will just have to go to another er as she feels neglected and in massive pain here.
This is really gonna be hard on her having to go to another hospital but at least maybe somewhere else with quality care and better ratings will take care of her.

Ertakes forever. Some staff can be rude and interrogative for no reason. Brought my gf for a real emergency. Staff didnt respond and left her alone. She felt she couldnt breathe. She didnt get pain relief
I had to come and ask wtf. Look itsa really unpleasant experience. I know all ers are kinda bad but.. that place is a lil rediculous. One person looked at her said shes ok a pa. A real doc came and said woah shes inflammed etc.

I brought her cuz her toes were blue. Im changibg my rating because outside of the er. The atmosphere changes now thats shes been admitted in for a week.

This er still is the worst i been to. Id like to let anyone reading know I am a very tolerant and patient person but somethings i experienced there was rediculous.

At least she isnt blue anymore. For that im thankful. They really need to train admitting ppl in the er the white uniforms this is after the first desk. They need to train those people not to be complete dickwads and ask simple questions. Two ppl i experienced twice admitting my gf there were interrogative and plainly rude and stupid. Laat person made my gf cry. I had to translate his rediculous questions which seemed like an interrogation into... me saying. U just want to know what drugs in the past 24 hrs. Guy wasa retard. Made my woman cry but.. im just gonna look at it as the hospital having low standards.

I felt like id have been better off calling the amhulance cuz her feet were blue than go through that nonsense we had at the er twice.

Even being admitted my gf wasnt gettibg help a few times... i had a nurse ask her which drugs she wanted and i had to stop the lady and let her know she doesnt understand whats going on. She says shes competant etc. No my gf was in pain and just responded she had been given toradol before.. she doesnt knw the drugs or what they do.. she was given toradol and it was ineffective. Look the nurse even was rude telling me she had to run a line for abother patient.. its like congrats lady for having to do ur job and being an ass. My gf couldnt breathe and had to go out in the hallway for help as no one responded to her button press. I mean..

This is what you gotta expect? Thats horrible.
This is my current experience with this venue. Look most of the staff. Security and other areas are helpful nice and theyre ppl. But man.. get some attitude training for ur nurses and er staff.

Ppl come for help, not to be ignored feel neglected and abused. Do ur job and co prehend the situation or ppl like that shouldnt work in the field. I blame it on the hospitals standards.

I know its a stressfuljob and i appreciate ppl in thr medical field.. but for ppl who cant breathe or are in mind altering pain. You have to be understanding.

Horrible experience in the ER.., very unprofessional .. The nurse tried to pull the polyps in my nose out with a tweezer, and it started bleeding.., they are very rude also.. I watched they made this elderly lady that couldn't hear well sit in a rolling chair for 2 1/2 hours and she was complaining it was causing her pain., the nurse comes and starts screaming in her face like she's stupid .., it's disgusting ..,

The WORST HOSPITAL in NORTH BERGEN!!!! How is that hospital is still around. The staff is very rude, they have NO compassion and let's not talk about the case workers--they are VERY rude as well....not willing to help or even answer questions. My dad was sent to this hospital and they had the nerve to tell me they were releasing him b/c he was doing better. REALLY???? When i know my dad can barely breathe, he can barely talk or walk but they say he's doing better. DISGRACE!!!!! How can doctors clear patients when the patients are not 100% to be released. I seriously don't understand how this hospital isn't under review. I am reading all the reviews and they are ALL negative. Apparently, someone is brushing all these reviews under the rug and not notifying the people that need to read them. YOU should listen and read them b/c its ashame how you conduct yourselves in this hospital. PALISADES MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL you have not HEARD the last of me!!! Trust me.

The worst worst hospital ever. I visited the ER when I was 4 month pregnant because I was bleeding. I had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room, no offer for bed or anything. I was feeling dizzy after bleeding a lot but even I explained they did not care. Every patients in ER seem not happy for waiting such a long time. Honesty, if I knew I had to wait in the waiting for 3 hours, I wouldn't come to ER. I would rather lay down and rest at home. It was shocking that they charged me 3,500$ for the terrible ER service. I am glad I will not be delivering there.
