WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DUSGUISTING...

Very bad experience I still don't understand why she have to charge me extra $10 simple because I requested for king bed instead of 2 single bed since is just me and so call the king don't even have jacuzzi. Bad customer service I wish I don't have to give any star

AVOID AT ALL COST. BED BUGS. BLOOD STAINED SHEETS. DRIED SEMEN ON THE BED.

Plus the wifi was broken and my "nonsmoking" room gave me a serious headache from the stench of claustrophobic ventilation-free cigarettes.

The managers only solution? He febreezed the room, said there were no other rooms to move into, and that they would not refund me because they won't have time to sell the room now. Painfully clear what the only concern he had was. It is NOT worth saving $10 to deal with this place. It is disgusting, and I'm pretty hard to unnerve.

The gentleman at Customer Service was very nice. I had the 4th floor. I had to walk 2 hallways before getting to by room which were extremely hot/humid.

The lamp on the desk could not work because it was missing the button to turn it on. The Stirrers for the coffee were gone and the packages looked as if they had already been open.

Next to the toilet, on the right side, it appeared to be be a blotch of blood. The blow dryer did work efficiently.

The bed was comfortable but the t.v. was disappointing. Very few premium channels. Blankets could have been a wee bit thinker.

BAD HOTEL. Room not vacuumed. Urine on toilet seat and bed not clean. Front-desk employee mentioned the is not cleaning person available on night. Checked out immediately and went for better Hotel.
