If a trip to the butcher shop has never been part of your weekly routine, it's about to be. Super knowledgeable staff, shockingly flavorful meats, and a great selection of rare choices: ostrich, rattlesnake, venison, etc

My butcher! I live about a 15 minute walk away, but these guys are my go-to butchers. It can get pretty busy, but the counter is always well staffed with knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient guys. They have an INCREDIBLE selection, check the fridges in the back if you don't believe me (hello camel patties!) and the guys say they can get anything....
