Just wonderful! The atmosphere is inviting and the service is excellent. The food is absolutely delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this place - try it!

This is one of the most delightful restaurants in New Jersey. The ambiance is beautiful, and very tastefully done. The food is imaginative and delicious. Also, the hosts Vincent and Carol, are so warm and inviting you are made to feel like specials guests from the moment the front door is graciously held open for you until the moment you leave.
We travel an hour to get there at least once a month; always worth the trip.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Pairings an eleven!

Pairings is wonderful! The food is amazing, both in quality and innovativeness. Lovely atmosphere, One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. Whenever we visit family in NJ, we always include a meal at this fantastic restaurant. It's stellar reputation is well deserved.
