I grew up in this park and there was cement under the monkey bars!! It even had a concrete sand box, and old men would play checkers on the stone table and bench. Many happy hours playing hand ball. Wonderful neighborhood to grow up in.

Not a bad park, however very hetic when busy. Not really family friendly but its due to the neighborhood atmosphere rather then the park itself.
