I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. This guy was so rude. I will never go there and spend my money. I understand that he cannot give an accurate estimate over the phone without seeing the car but i already know everything that needs to be done so could he not give me a ball park figure OR at the very least be nice about it? I could care less if he is cheaper than another place, I would not even crook my index finger to dial this number. His loss.
