Packard Square Cleaners

First and last time I use this cleaners. Please Stay Away from this company for many reasons: (1) HORRIBLE customer service, (2) overcharge their clientele by at least twenty-five percent of other cleaners both in the city and in the LIC area, (3) they do NOT honor their discount promotions and make FALSE claims in both their advertisements and customer relations issues. Honestly, I would rather pay a proper cleaners that treats their customers with respect, dignity and care than this place that has poor customer service, no standards and no concern for their clients that spend their hard-earned money. Highly encourage others to pay close attention to this sincere Warning and Use Another Cleaners.

This is my second review of this business because I seriously love it so much. The stuff were go above and beyond in their customer care. And, not only do they provide great customer service, but they also take great care of my clothing.

i just move in new building name 27/27 in L.I.C. first time use parkard cleaners has bad experience .they took my suit for 2 weeks. i got answer is they send it out to other dry cleaners do service and missing my suit. finally i got my suit back after 3 weeks later. and they are not treat customer right way after make big mistake.

A truly unique experience in Dry Cleaning! My shirts came back perfect and it is fairly priced. Great customer service, fantastic alterations and they delivered and picked up from my building in Hunters Point (the Avalon)!!!! Just AWESOME!!!
