Separate waiting areas for Cat and Dog owners.

Money above Animals. Either Doc Neuss become cash strapped or it is his reception staff ignorance- this clinic refused to dispense supplementary- urinary tract infection medication -for cat which was examined by them few months ago and deemed to have kidneys problem. Demanded visit again . I don't have problem with paying for visit but live 50 miles away and transport of animal would be unnecessary stress .
I'd most certainly visit this clinic again if short antibiotic treatment would not help cat stop to urinate under himself . I don't have problem with money but have big deal of compliant against so called "professionals" indifferent to suffering of animals . Maybe it's anarchy by Mr. Neuss office workers or something else - I will never find out since I'm not coming back .Feedback to clinic? -step down from pedestal and get back to earth like rest of us - mortals- you are just paid service . Some office workers could also use some exercise being morbidly obese .

My daughter and I Love everyone that works here. I have been taking my lil man since we adopt him on 9/19/08. They make you feel like no question is a stupid question. My lil man just had dental surgery and I brought his blanket with me and they took it. And, when the surgery was over they cover him with it and he felt a lil better having his blanket .

My now husband has been taking his dog and cat here for a number of years. When my dog and I joined the family in 2008 naturally she began going there as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating and down to earth. Both Dr. Neuss and Dr. Confessore are very helpful. They both take time to answer any questions I have no matter how big or small. Dr. Neuss was able to refer us to an exotics vet when our Guinea pig needed care, and that Vet was just as wonderful. I couldn't have been happier with the level of professionalism and compassion provided by the staff here. I was very sad when we had to move too far out of town to continue going to Packanack but we hope to be back some day soon!

I have 2 dogs and many friends with pets and we all agree Packanack animal Hospital is the best!! I love Dr. Neuss and Dr. Confessore they are both so down to earth. They genuinely care for for me and my dogs, I've been going there for years as well as all my friends and I would't trust anyone else. The office is beautiful!and the staff is wonderful. Love them!!
