Back in 2011: I have ordered a few stencil machines for my ex-company (as they have got an order from one of their client) & they were just outstanding.
They shipped well in time, their prices were far too economical & their support is simply unmatched.
I'd recommend them to all those looking for Packaging, Shipping or anything relevant!

I ordered rolls of tape received confirmation from website and paypal, a week later my order had not shipped so I called the company, I was told I would receive a return call in 20 min but it was 3 hours. Then they tell me that the price of the tape had increased since placing my order and that i had to pay the difference before they would ship. This is a fraudulent business practice and I will never deal with or reccomned this company again.

I've been buying from these because they dont have a min, we previously ordered from a firm in NY. The last 3 times we ordered, they either shipped the incorrect items or "forgot to put the items on the truck" regardless, there customer service is terrible. The right thing to do would be to provide the missing item immediately, they instead decide to "try and find the issue and missing items" making me wait days.
