P.S. 131 Abigail Adams

Loved it.....we had so much fun and made some awesome memories.....

I've attended this school many years ago. My experience in this school was amazing. The teachers back then cared about how students were learning and took in their best interest to help students strive higher and succeed. The principal Mr. Ford was also a really nice person. However now, I am quite disappointed. The ratings seemed to have gotten lower and teachers don't really care as they used to. There is a fair amount of peer pressure and bullying which the teachers are not aware of and do not really try to fix. Most teachers are excellent in teaching whereas few seem to lack effort. It's just only a few. The behavior of the lunch aids towards the children is disturbing for they can't speak in a cool tone. Mr. Ford leaving has really hurt this school and put a dent into its reputation. I really wish it was the way it was before. Nonetheless, this school is still a very good school and beats the others in the neighborhood. Some aspect just don't shine as others.

The principal is nice , so is my teacher Mr . Barnhill . Mr . Barnhill does what I request . The teachers I had in P.S.131Q are helping me do better . I also love my principal and my previous principal .

Great School! Teachers are awesome and we had a lot of fun! Especially the dance festivals!!!!!!
