Even one star is too much... I had to pay several application fees even after finding out two apartments I was waiting for (with major delays) were cancelled because of mold and bed bugs! I was asked to come to their office (middle of winter) to look at apartments only to be kept waiting for hours and appointments to be cancelled! They told me I had to pay a week+ for wanting my keys to an empty apartment a few days early only to find out it didn't go to the building owner but in their pockets! They stole from me and then told me I was their worst client for calling them out on it. Because I'd finally found (in the 11th hour) a really nice apartment, I was supposed to kiss their butts when,in fact, they were only allowed to broker this apartment because it was empty for a couple of months (they never even saw the apartment before showing it!). They threatened to cancel my deal a few days before Christmas (I'd already paid all monies!) because I'd asked them for the keys a few days early. It was extortion plain an simple. Avoid them at all costs!

please do not go to Leonidas Realty, it's a huge scam, I am sorry I didn't read the review first. Leo is a Con Artist who will show you an apartment and after you give in the deposit for the apartment he will create a fake lease to get the rest of the money. after that you are basically screw no apartment and no money. I will be reporting him to the NAR

I give this agency 0 stars because he lied to us and took our information. We waited a day for his answer to our inquiry, which was fine but then he claimed he had no apartments in our price range and that were friendly to pets (on naked apartments he had more than 10 to advertise). When we finally got listing info, he only had one option that adhered to what we asked for. We tried to set up a time to see that apartment in Bay Ridge. He rescheduled on us 3 times in 3 days. He split his messages between calls e-mails and text messages. When we saw the apartment it was nice but he gave us more info about Bay Ridge than the apartment. He never saw the apartment before which was apparent, and the owner hardly even recognized him. We liked the apartment and were told that moment during the showing that we would have to pass a mysterious management's standards before proceeding normally. He did not even know the name of the management company. We gave him our SS, W2s, and pay stubs along with a detailed application. He claimed we would be eligible most likely. He told us after 2 more days that our income was too low and to have our guarantor send the same info. When our guarantor was about to send the info, Daniel told her not to because we had no chance even with a guarantor. He never told us this info. When we called Daniel to express our concerns civilly, he yelled at us so loudly and in a threatening tone told us to go all the way to Brooklyn and check his phone because he claimed to have sent a small text message. He yelled so loudly and unprofessionally using very hateful words that he alarmed our neighbors. Right there and then, my fiance and I told Chow that we called to have a decent conversation and would no longer be requiring his services.

Do not work with these guy. The other reviews must be either fake or the few times people have had the chance to see the nicer side of Daniel Chow. Check reviews on Google and other sites. We just found out that this is a pattern with Leonidas Realty. He is rude and obscene. He does not know how to talk to you without trying to insult your intelligence. He fumbles on necessary information. Too bad. The apartment was nice and he looked like a promising young agent.

Just make the same mistake as me. Go there and that guy Leo will welcome you with all kinda fake stories and will interview you like it is a true agency.
Then he will give you some papers to sing and take a deposite from you so you don't lose the apartment. Now you kiss that money goodbye, he will deduct the application fee from your money and will give you part of it back and the rest as a shady chick that will clear after long time of waiting.
I wish I did my homework before and searched for a decent agency and look for reviews first.
