Love this place from the friendly staff when you walk or when I called on the phone. Felt like i was talking to a friend. Straight forward pricing and made my install of a Dishwasher and Freezer a breeze. I would highly recommend them for any of your future appliances.

The sales people are saying whatever they want to say and not responsible afterwords. I ordered over the range microwave and installation but when installers came they asked for more money and refused to install until i pay more. I spoke to the store manager but he was not helping at all. Very disappointing and will never use this store again!!!

I always buy at PC Richard.. however I was buying first time at that location.
I followed my preferred manager who was just transfer recently to that store. You can always find here salespeople ready to help you ......answer any question .,.very professional. Store very clean, bathroom clean.
I will definitely recommended that store to my friends

there freaking idiots, and cheats !!! called to find out if they had a Kindle in stock and they said yes !! drove all the way there for nothing, the douchebag on the phone was probably hoping I would walk in and buy something else.. I wish I could give them a zero rating
