Great store, even better customer service. I buy all my appliances at this location, close to the house and an abundant selection. Any time you walk in all the salesmen have a smile on their faces and answer every question with ease. Alex K. one of the managers at this location helped me recently with scheduling my delivery, what a nice young man. He was very polite and even called me on his day off to find out how my delivery went. He truly went above and beyond.

Yeah, it's okay. Customer service was decent. But my problem is why can't I track my order? I have the receipt with invoice #, I try to put the numbers in and it tells me invalid order. There's two places to input the invoice #and that's what I don't understand.
