i've been a customer of PC Richards for many years, my relationship started when i first met Julian in the Bronx store. The way he is makes me want to continue doing business with him always. Everything from his positve attitude and work ethics are unmatched. When Julian had left PC Richards i too took my business elsewhere after i had an experience that was good but not the best like i used to have with Julian. I'm so happy that hes back at your company and i will continue to support him and your store only because of this man. PC Richards you have an amazing employess who should be recognized for his hard work and an excellent personality.

Great store great service and people, now for there audio installation that's a different story. The installer had an attitude before I even asked a question. When I came to pick up my car, there was tape and wires everywhere on the floor. Moldings and wires were being shown. The guys a pro but a real A hole. Didn't even bother to ask him to explain or fix it, probably would've had an attitude.

I was looking for a black Friday deal that had ended and the manger sammy had gave me a good deal on the beats wireless very helpful and caring manger..

If I had an option of zero Starz believe you me I wouldn't have given them any. I made a purchase of a refrigerator and b4 making payment i asked the sales man about the return policy on a refrigerator I purchased, he said 30 day in the same form of payment as long as it's not being used. The refrigerator was delivered and it was a used refridgerator so i called to return the refrigerator and the very same sales man said he never told me that. He lied to me, all he cared about was making the sales to get that commission. Whn I asked to speak to the manager he did absolutely nothing about it he actually took the side of the worker. He didn't even consider his worker wrongly informing me instead he just said we don't take back refrigerators. Am never ever shopping with pc richards and sons ever again.

Craig Steinberg was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me make a selection of a refrigerator and freezer. Mr. Steinberg also took special care in explaining the different appliances to me, which made my choice easy. I also would like to mention the two delivery men Rafael and Melvin. The delivery was prompt and they conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. I would highly recommend P.C. Richards to my family and friends.
