Horrible . Dont take a chance. Be aware of the sales persons in this place who are only out there looking to make a commission and having you buy things at any cost. I went and bought a 60" television thinking I was getting 12 month at 0 interest. Not only did I not get the 0 percent interest, but I discovered on the reciept that all flat screan TV's are "none exchangable, returnable and non refundable". This is even if you go the very next day without even taking the TV out of the box. So you can't even have a change of mind . If I would have known this prior to purchase I would not have ever made the purchase there. The sales person told me to sign that I am not taking a warranty while he was also making me sign an agreement that I fully understand the return policy regarding flat screan TV's. He never mentioned this policy at all to me. This policy is not written at all in their store next to the TV'S where a customer can see it. You will discover it after the purchase is made. So even though I wanted to return the TV because I wasn't getting the 0 percent interest for 12 months causing an affordability issue for me, I came to discover that the return policy just simply wouldn't allow me. What type of return policy is that. They open the box to check for damages during purchases and then claim that because the box has been open therefore it is not returnable. So everyone be aware before buying flat screan TV'S from PC Richards. I would rather spend the same and go to another store with a better return policy that is flexible and gives you an opportunity to have a change of mind or just decide you know what I don't want it, need it, let me return it without opening the box of course.

Mohammed Adenwala was extremely helpful, and was very kind when I needed support. He helped sort out a name error on my invoice which will save me money on my electric bill. I appreciated his efforts and dedication!

Love it! I bought my TV there a few months back and then somehow I changed the settings in the TV and the picture looked weird... long story short, I called them and they told me to bring it over and they will replace it, before I did that, I actually figured out that it was the settings and there was nothing wrong with the TV. But it is definitely nice to know they stand behind their products.
Now, anytime I need electronics I go there and see Oli (that is his name). he is the serious, business like kind but he takes care of you quickly and efficiently. I don't need anybody to butter me up and try to sell me something, I just need the assistance of knowledgeable staff and that is what Oli has plenty off.
Don't forget to ask if there are any discount other than the ones advertised.
All and all, great place with quality products and tons of discounts and offers. :-)

I have been shopping at this PC Richard store for over a decade and have always been extremely happy with the professionalism, the prices and the products. I met a salesperson at PC Richard years ago named Garrett Diamond and I gotta say he makes me comfortable in the knowledge that I am getting exactly what I need - nothing less, nothing more, and the best bang for my buck. The parking is also a huge plus. This store is my #1 choice because of Garrett, who feels like family. My family has purchased our washer and drier, our dishwasher, flat screen TV, microwave oven, and other awesome electronics at this location. HIGHLY recommend it. And I'm usually a Costco for everything kinda guy, so being loyal to this store says a lot about it and my family's relationship with it. PC Richard - you guys nailed it! Thanks for everything Garrett - you're the best!

Let me first start off by saying that this store is amazing. Not only do they have the majority of products I want, but their customer service is amazing. As soon as you walk through the door, someone is already asking me if i need help.

I would so recommend this store, all my experiences here are always positive, the store is pretty big and has parking. Its in a great location and everything is well organized. everyone is nice and very attentive.
