The service and assistance are the best I have ever received from any appliance store. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to help me with a very unique situation and product request.
They satisfied all of my needs and did so at the best and lowest prices, well below their competitors.
I will always use this store for all of my appliance needs

Delivery quick and very pleasant. When I noticed, after the delivery men left, that the " g" at the end of Samsung was missing on my fairly expensive gas range, I called my salesman, Lon Posner. He asked me to send a photo. I did. He saw the problem and messaged me that they would exchange the product. 4 days later a new stove was delivered, the proper logo on it, and no extra charges. Altho i was annoyed that i had to deal with an avoidable problem, Lon and PC Richards did the right thing and quickly. Well done!

I've been doing business with Steve Casazza from P.C. Richards for over 10 years. He has helped me throughout the years from a simple iPod to all my household appliances. His honesty and knowledge on all electronics and appliances can't be beat. If you ever need anything I strongly recommend you to go see Steve. You will not be disappointed!

Love coming to this location. I'm always greeted immediately after walking in and sales reps are very knowledgable of their products.
