I went to P & P with a broken drive belt and asked them to simply fix it. They told me it would be a week, and that they would call me if it was going to be expensive. I call them a week later, and no progress has been made on it. They claim that I dropped it off two days later than I actually did, so they have two more days to work on it. When I finally get it back (eight days after I dropped it off), the drive belt is fixed, but they charge me a ridiculous amount for labor. That would have been fine had they called me and warned it would be expensive, as I had asked, but they did not. They also decided to sharpen both blades on the lawnmower and charge for that, even though I had not requested anything more than fixing the drive belt.
