They NEVER come when they say they will come and their refurbished appliances break down immediately after the whopping THREE MONTH warranty period.

When they schedule repair appointments, they do not give time frames in hours - they give it in DAYS, and over and over again they simply do not show up at all. I have repeatedly caught them in lies and contradictions as to why they did not show up.

They do not appreciate your business at all and the owner Patrick is extremely defensive and has the nastiest attitude when you question why they didn't show up.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you do, I guarantee that you will be kicking yourself for not heeding this warning.
