Businesses need to hire employees that understand English. And for those that are still learning the lanuage, they should not get an attitude when an English speaking person KINDLY asks them if they understand. 3 times and my order is still wrong. AND the women still has a sour puss on her face and looked at ME as if I did something wrong. Unbelievable. Not going here any more even though the rest of the staff seems all right. She's got to go! Not the 1st time she couldn't answer a question and gives attitude when SHE'S the one who screwed up.

The bagels are pretty good, and the coffee fresh. But, it is not worth dealing with the nasty people working there. I used to stop here pretty often on my way to work, but I happened to go there last week on a day that I was off. As usual, the staff acted as if they were annoyed that I was there, gave me the wrong bagels, and snapped at me because I asked to use the bathroom. Even Dunkin' Donuts allows people to use the restroom when they are paying customers. And cash only? even when I spend $30 on bagels for the office? Get with it. The only reason this place is still in business is because there are no other bagel stores anywhere near it.

Food is great. There is alittle wait but that's because food is so good there is too many people there. Lines are long bagels are good staff is good.

Waited 15 minutes on line before leaving 2 days in a row. Worst service ever. It's a shame because the food is good.
