What a horrible experience my firm had with Ovation Corporate travel services. After the first few weeks of our start up they kept up with their promise. Afterward we did not have any (3) dedicated agents to our account. When our admins called they never got the same agent twice, with extensive reservation to Asia it was very difficult and time consuming when the admin had to repeat everything over and over. Even with the emails they said within 2 hours response time, it took them sometimes 2 days to reply to an email. When we demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager we were told that the supervisor for that account was not available or out that day? We also left a few message to the head of the Financial desk and never received an email or phone call instead a supervisor called in their place.....Horrible just horrible experience...We welcome our new Travel Department with open arms.
