You sign a bag and you give the staff your bag to make you a sandwich. Instead of the old kiosk set up they make you sign a bag. They always run out of marker ink which unfortunate. They're really inconsistent when it comes to quantity on how much they put in your sandwiches. Sometimes too much mayo. Sometimes too much spinach. Too little this and that. It's never the same. The sandwiches are alright. It's an attempt to be like subway but never really reaches to be a subway.
