THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO GO TO IF YOU TRULY NEED HELP AND IF IT IS COURT ORDERED EVEN WORSE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO CONTINUE TO KEEP A PERSON THERE EVEN AFTER THEIR TIME IS UP BECAUSE THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES GOING ON AS WELL. THINGS DON'T ADD UP. THEY LITERALLY SET PEOPLE UP TO FAIL.

They dont care about the patient......i they need to change the schedual cause of there persobal stuff its ok but when i try to say im gunna be late its a problem....they want is to work and do school but they wont work around your schedual

They don't help, they make everything worse. After two months, a counselor named Jill had the nerve to tell me, that I need to go upstate New York A.K.A. the psychiatric ward even tho I have been evaluated by the psychiatrist (I have been diagnosed negative for any mental disorder). Even the first day going to the treatment program, a counselor named Dorothy said I needed to be evaluated by the psychiatrist, only within five minutes of our conversation. Not only that, the counselor then had nerve to disclose my information about my family to people that I do not even know which is illegal under New York State law. If you need treatment for Alcohol and Drug abuse, DO NOT go here, they make everything worse. This is one of the worst experience I ever had in my life. Only Melli and David were the only people that actually cared. Again, DO NOT GO HERE if you're seeking help.
