Outback Steakhouse

Was never an upscale dining experience, but I used to be able to count on a decent meal. Now they're starting to microwave the food. I could just reheat leftovers if I wanted that. My visits are starting to become fewer & far between. Shame

I and my wife entered the restaurant and our names were placed on a waiting list. There were about 25 people waiting with us to be seated. Two Hispanic ladies enter the restaurant and put there names on the waiting list. A waitress walks up to them and gives them a hug. The waitress shouts out this is my mom to the greeter. The waitress then sits her mom along with another female at one of her tables by passing all the customers waiting.I looked at the customers waiting and they looked irate. I hollered Really! Another customer shouted really. The greeter stated, " Don't look at me call the manager "I did call the Manager and advised him of the situation. He did apologize. I was infuriated and shouted to the greeter who allowed this to occur, you don't need my business and walked out. Unbelievable! The waitress and the female greeter should have been fired on the spot!

First time in a long time and my steak was great. Went for my father's birthday and there seem to be a happy birthday song every 10 minutes... on a Thursday! Place was packed and our order was messed up when we found out that baked potatoes were not on our plates because they weren't ready. Manager was kind and offered 1/2 on the sides, great funny guy. Overall 4/5 American Food

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. All this reflects on a great management who happens to be George. I will definitely come back.

Food was ok 14 ounce steak became 10 ounces after to much fat. And the dark skin bartender tonight didn't wash hands after rest room use, and water bug on Maine doors as we left restaurant!!!!.. I notify management. Will notify head quarters!!!!
