Awful! Mediocre and an uniquely indifferent management and staff.

My friend suffered a dangerous allergic reaction there last year even after the waiter assured her that the sauce for the blooming onion lacked the spices she questioned him about. The staff did nothing to assist when she immediately reacted to it. They were lucky she always carries benedryl or a law suit might have followed. The wait staff had not brought water. We had to hunt down the staff in the kitchen to get it so she could take the medication and stop the reaction. And, despite the furor, no manager appeared to even apologize, much less offer a much deserved refund.

That said, the steaks themselves are as average as you'll find. We grill better at home.

Worst experience this evening. Have eaten here in the past without any complaints. But tonight was horrible. Our waiter failed to mention that they were out if filet mignon until after we ordered drinks and apps. They were out of linen napkins. The waiter barely checked on us. The steaks we did order were under (under rare... Asked for med rare) and over cooked. We had ask our waiter for dessert. The waiter never asked us if needed new drinks. Horrible experience overall!!

Food was ok. It can be hard to get staff to the table for something even when the place is empty. Never really full the times I have been there. Would go there again.

Bad service, over 20 open tables and still a 20 minute wait to be seated...Wait staff more concerned with chatting with the manager and other servers than clearing tables or attending to their guests...One table was gone for an hour and they never came and cleared the table. We had plates stacking up and had to continually flag someone down since they never stopped by on their own...

3 steaks ordered medium were way past well done, and obviously were frozen (that curdled fat that frozen meat secretes was coming out,) had to send back the steaks. I have had worse but definitely have had better.

Had a horrible experience here on Saturday evening, Waited 30 minutes for a table, and then over and hour for our food. Other tables that came in around the same time as us came and went before we even got our bread! it was 20 minutes for sodas, over 40 minutes for Bar drink and bread. Food came and they switched our orders around. My steak was very well done when it should have been medium rare. I immediately said something to the server, who told me "no that's medium" - it was like a hockey puck - look I showed him how hard it was, and he said just slice it - and I did and it was completely cooked brown through and hard. Ask for a new steak cooked medium rare. My boyfriend ordered steak and shrimp, and some of the shrimp were RAW inside - he took one bite and literally spit them out - they were completely white and raw inside the breading. I still had no meal, finally just asked that they box up the new steak they were making because we had somewhere to be at 10:30 - got in the car and took a bite of my steak and it was literally raw and chewy inside - so gross. The wait staff was very nice and apologetic but the food was the worst restaurant food I've ever had. Don't understand the problem -since steak is what they do. Will never go back - still turns my stomach thinking about it and the raw steak literally left a horrible taste in my mouth. Also we never saw a manager the entire time. Really disappointed because the outback we normally go to near my home is fantastic, but this place was horrible!!! I know there are limited options near the convention center, but seriously skip this and just get a burger somewhere else!
