Outback Steakhouse

First time I've been here in over 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great as was the service (our server was JP, definitely did a great job). I kind of feel bad it's been so long that I've been here. I'll definitely be coming back more often!

I've eaten here quite a few times and it varies in terms of experience. In terms of food quality there has never been a problem, food is always consistently good here. In terms of service, it depends on which waitress you get and if she is just working for a paycheck or actually cares about your dining experience. Also I've found the younger waitresses tend to be moodier because I can only imagine how much drama they've consumed their lives with, that they can only concentrate on that and not their work ethics like the more mature ones can. By the way, you may notice on some Google reviews concerned and caring managers and/or owners sometimes take the time to respond to dissatisfied customers. I have yet to see one from this establishment, and that speaks volumes!

Service was fantastic for a Friday. Samantha is a great server! Very attentive and food was delicious.

The last time me and my boyfriend came here the service was horrible and the server was rude. Yesterday was a special day for us cause we got engaged and Outback is one of my favorite places to eat. So we decided to give it one more shot hoping we got a different server. Well we are glad we did are server was great her name is Shirley she was friendly and on point everything came out perfect and on time. Shirley was so nice that she told the owner that we were there celebrating that we just got engaged and Georgio comped are apps. Which was very nice of him. So i would def suggest when u go there ask for Shirley one of the best severs ive seen in awhile.

I hardly eat out at a chain steakhouse. However, I was a bit surprised at the pleasant experience I had while dining at this particular Outback. Waitress was attentive. Wait was minimal. Steak was decent. I'd go here again just for the blooming onion!
