Overall he is a great knowledgeable doctor. He is very curt and to the point, but he always explains thoroughly and is willing to help. I went to him after having many sinus infections last year. After tests, and an allergist and weighing the decisions with him. I asked for surgery, which was the best decision of my life and I have not had an infection since.

I would most definitely not recommend this doctor. The wait was long and the staff was less than courteous and helpful. However, the biggest problem was the accompanying nurse when my daughter finally saw the doctor. She looked extremely young and clearly had no idea what she was doing. Unfortunately, my 4 year old was already very frightened and then they had to put a "snake" in her nose and down her throat. The nurse was completely inexperienced and my daughter and I were nervous. Worse yet, she wouldn't help me hold her at all. Finally the dr had to ask the nurse to help me and she didn't know what to do. The dr actually had to explain to her how to hold her head back and she still didn't do it correctly.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I got a bill later saying my insurance didn't cover the whole bill. I called ins and they told me they would work on it. I immediately called the dr office and told them. They said okay. A month later, I receive a notice that they are sending my $10 bill to collections. I called ins and they said they would reprocess the claim and take care of it. When I called the dr office, the receptionist was rude and basically said too bad, pay the bill or it goes to collections. Eventually, they agreed to wait, but they most certainly were not kind or helpful in any way. Needless to say, I will not be going back for a follow up.
