Osteopathic Medicine : Dr Igor Beneditskiy D.O.

I came with lower back pain, not severe though. I have a history of herniated disc between L4-L5, had surgery done for it. And the surgeon told me that I Must not have any adjustments done. So Dr. Beneditskiy listened to me really carefully, took his time, then sent me for a massage. First they applied some electrods, which I don't mind at all. And then the fun began: a person who did massage so much pressure and strength on my poor back so I felt that he is squeezing all my organs out (and I am not heavy at all, I am on a slim side, so they don't need to use any strength on me at all), he used his elbows too, I am sorry but that didn't feel right. ( I mentioned to the person that it hurts and that my back feels on fire, and he said that it should be like that), then the doctor came, and was going to do adjustments. I repeated to him that I must not have any adjustments. He said that these are different from Chiropractic.
So at night it felt so horrible: I could not lay on my back, the whole back felt like one huge hematoma, that even slight touch would hurt like Hell!!! I didn't sleep, and could not even move my shoulder blades, everything hurt Horribly. It hurt for over a week. Now it is more than 2 weeks passed, and I have more pain then I started before the massage, and in more places.

I race cars and I passed 63, must be in good shape to survive the g-forces during turns and extremely hard braking.
For a couple of years I was visiting Dr. Beneditsky with lower back and some other osteopathic problems. He helped me from the first procedure, I could not turn my body at waist even at 45 degrees and I immediately saw his attentiveness to my problems, I saw his humane willingness to help me with my back problems, I admitted his highly professional attitude.

Recently, when he was on vacation, I came to quite a good doc. on Bay Ridge with a shoulder problem from constant use of computer mouse. I visit that doc. twice, but without really good result. As soon as Dr. Beneditsky came from vacation I was in his office. An hour and a half later, when all the procedures were finished, I felt no pain in my shoulder. I was afraid that the pain will come in a day or two, but a week gone by, ... no pain.
I visit him a few times more to secure the success.
He is also one of the best Family Doctors, extremely knowledgeable and loves innovations.
He loves to cure people. He is not a doctor because the professions is lucrative, but because he loves to help.
He is a man who was born to be a doctor and that is our advantage and we have to use his talent.

The talent of Igor Beneditsky manifested even at the University of Tartu, when we studied together. I believe in his success and wish him prosperity.

I strained my back a while ago during fishing. As an active person I was frustrated because could not ride my bike and swim. My friend suggested to see Dr. Beneditskiy. I was a little skeptical at first place as never use osteopathic treatment before. .After first appointment which I did not have any problem to schedule I was pleased and happy. After first session my pain reduced significantly, I was able to walk with ease.
After third appointment with Dr. Beneditskiy I was able to ride my bike and enjoy swimming in a last summer days.
