my friend's brother bought a pineapple from here and he sliced it up and noticed it was rotten. So we went back to the store to return the pineapple but the store associate ( claimed to be the mother of a manager of the store) and refused to give the money back even though we had our receipt, we explained the situation but she kept cutting us off with "no". She also tried to bribe us by payin for a new pineapple from their spoiled selection. My first experience walking into this store was horrifying, awful customer service and most of their vegetable and fruits are rotten. tropical super market? more like tropical spoiled market.
