Since my wife doesn't take the time to voice her opinion on these tutorials I will do so on her behalf. Dr O upon her initial visit she found Dr. O to be arrogant and was pleased that he would not be her Dr. There was a Dr. Suntay Whom my wife found to be Caring. Dr. Suntay is no longer practicing there "He didn't fit anyway" A notch above IMHO
The reception area was absolutely unprofessional as expressed by others.
My wife no longer uses this place.

Dr. Kwakye is the best gyn I have ever had... Love him to the moon and back... He is so professional but yet caring and deligent. Amazing man... I would recommend anyone to him... #BestDoctorEver

They use to be really good at this office I want on three different occasions this year the first one they had two of the coworkers that work there were telling and arguing as I was seeing the doctor, the second time I want I had an appointment for 12 and didn't see the doctor for almost 2 hours just for some test results and the last time I was there I had an appointment in the morning in which the doctor had to leave an when I asked to get another appointment for the following day there were unable to accommodate me although it wasn't my fault the doctor had to leave will no be coming back here ever again there's a lack of professional ethics.

I went there on May 8 2015 for my annual visit and it went fine Dr. Ebo was a sweetheart as usual. The front desk was a little unprofessional but everyone has their off days. I did my blood -work and was told in two weeks ALL the results will be ready. Fast forward well over A MONTH AND A HALF I get a phone call from a receptionist letting me know they need me to come in for discussion for my pap. REALLY?!How can you call yourself a professional medical clinic and wait this long to get lab results. WHAT LAB COMPANY PROCESSES YOURS LABS?! Prior to that, during the initial visit on 5/8/15 I was told they lost my lab results from an exam I took well over 1 year ago! Where is the professionalism?! I trusted your medical clinic and once again you guys have disappointed. Its already a stressful situation and I cant depend on your Clinic to properly deliver results. I will never return to this unorganized establishment again. I will take my insurance to a different medical clinic where my health is a PRIORITY to them.

i was referred to this practice by another Gynecologist. I hate dealing with the staff and wouldn't have gone back after the first visit, but because Dr Osei and Dr Kwakye are the best doctors i have ever came across, i bare the terrible customer service of the staff just to get to the Doctors. I especially love the male doctors bed side manners and was more than please to have them deliver my premature baby. There was a female doctor who made me feel violated/sexually assaulted each time she saw me, so i avoided her each visit and requested a male doctor .If i were to have another baby i would absolutely have Dr Osei or Kwake deliver him/her but the staff is ghetto and unfriendly. For a OBGYN office a pregnant woman want to feel comfortable. Because of the doctors service i would give 10/10 but for the staff service 0-1/10.
