After months of stress and injuries from various exercises, Oscar was able to pinpoint all the areas where my muscles had been tight and knotted. Very calm and relaxing manner, put me at ease right away. The evening of the massage, I had the most relaxing and restful sleep in some time.
Highly recommend Oscar.

Great experience for my treatments to reduce anxiety. I was skeptical at first, but felt the stress just leave my body.
Oscar also takes the time to listen to your symptoms and uses a holistic approach, treating the cause as well as the symptom. (So you might get a needle in your shoulder for a pain in your hip!)
