Horrible! Cutomer Service skills are awful! They never answer phones, They only have 1 Staff memeber. Parking GARAGE was not accessible because they refuse to pay someone to clean it up the snow.

These stupid people can't even pick up a phone and when they do they hang up on you. Worst Ever. Horrible attitude to the customer too.

0 STARS!!!! DO NOT PLAN ANY SERVICES FOR A LOVED ONE WHO PASSES AWAY HERE! My great-grandmother passed away and my grandmother organized a wake at this funeral home. My grandmother does not speak English and the funeral home was very accommodating, as the Manager spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, the Manager did not have any ethical standards. My grandmother was asked if the funeral home would be able to collect the life insurance policy for her, which was a way of them getting more money than the services being performed would cost. Fortunately, my parents and I warned my grandmother of this and she did not follow through on their offer. The funeral home was supposed to go to my great grandmother's doctor to get a signature on the death certificate and collect it for processing and authorization to occur for the cremation. Unfortunately, the Manager or any of the funeral home employees did not follow through on this and the doctor waited until 6 p.m. for someone to arrive from the funeral home. When asked, the woman blatantly lied by saying that nobody contacted her and was very rude about the whole situation. She did not apologize ONE TIME for the mistake the funeral home made. This instead delayed the cremation process for two days and family members flew in from out of the country to attend the burial of my great grandmother. It has been 4 days since my great grandmother has passed away and the funeral home scheduled her cremation for Friday, May 8, when it should have occurred on Wednesday, May 6. Throughout this mishap, there has not been any sort of apology or accommodation given from this funeral home. It is a shame that the cremation and burial process is being prolonged even further, which does not give any of the family members any sort of closure. Additionally, upon the ending of the wake, the short Dominican woman began to flicker the lights instead of nicely informing us that the time was finished. DO NOT go here if you are going to have to suffer from extremely high levels of stress from this.

Terrible experience! Everyone in this establishment is extremely insensitive and unprofessional. Just to give you a hint of our experience; Ana, the lady we dealt with, turned off the lights while my family was still praying over my father-in-law saying she had to go home. That was just one of many heartless incidents. It's unfortunate there aren't better options in this community.
