As a bankruptcy attorney, I have worked with Norma over the entire span of her career: In a government position, she reviewed bankruptcy cases which I filed for clients. In her private career, I have been her adversary in legal cases, I have collaborated with her in other cases, and I have hired her as a neutral Mediator to help litigating clients reach a mutually agreeable solution to their bankruptcy-related lawsuit. Norma always exhibits the same qualities: intelligence, deliberation, compassion, persistence, fairness, insight, and integrity.

Ms. Ortiz is a very charismatic lady who explained every option to help me with my situation. After chatting for an hour when we first met I trusted her and hired her. Her paralegals stayed on top of me to make sure i was providing them with necessary documents. After my case was closed they followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend. They also speak Spanish which was a plus for my mother.
