I've been going to Dr. Choi since I was young, for about eight years now. I took my braces off a while ago, and I am so happy with how my teeth turned out! My younger brother is now Dr. Choi's patient, and he is also extremely satisfied with how his teeth turned out. Every time we visit for a check up, Dr. Choi still checks up on me to see how I am doing, and he is always willing to answer any questions I have. He is very skilled at what he does! What makes him stand out from other orthodontists is that he connects with you on a personal level. He remembers you as a patient and a person, so you always feel special and welcomed at his office. He never rushes with his patients- he takes time to answer every concerns and questions you might have. He also explains procedures he is taking beforehand, so that he and his patients are on the same page. Although I am not his current patient, he still checks up on my teeth to make sure they are still aligned. Once you are his patient, he makes sure you are under his care and attention. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator filled with beverages that you can enjoy while waiting; don't worry- the wait isn't too long! The office staff is also very welcoming and friendly! I always look forward to visiting Dr. Choi- I never feel like I am visiting a dentist's office- I feel like I am visiting a family member.
I am extremely satisfied with my teeth, and choosing Dr. Choi as my orthodontist was probably one of the best choices I made in my life. I am more than grateful.
