Very nasty owner. Becareful before you make a deposit make sure you read the contract. Try to keep an eye on your expensive alcohol waiters still will them.

My daughter got married on Aug 15, 2011. The owner is the most obnoxious, horrible person to work with. It was a typical hot and humid day, yet he refused to turn the air conditioner on to a reasonable temperature. The make up artist had a horrible time attempting to get the make up, because my daughter was sweating so much. Then, at the chuppah, she nearly passed out from the heat. The wedding planner and one rabbi was yelling at him to turn the A/C down. Dancing was a nightmare, again, because of the heat. My son in law had sweat pouring down his face. We had rented the hall until midnight. At 11pm, the owner shut off the lights. My guests started to leave. I told the owner I had the hall until midnight, and to turn the lights back on. He just turned and walked away from me.
If you want to have a nice wedding, this is not the place to do it. Unless you like dealing with an impossible, horrible monster who only cares about money and not about making customers happy.

Coming from a past employee and current frequent customer, I would like to write a review to explain the poor reviews writen in the past. The simplest way to explain would be YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!! for some reason people have a hard time understanding that. when people try to negotiat an cut corners to save money they end up with bad service and/or poor food, simply because they that is the only thing they can aford. so all I am trying to say is don't pay atention to those bad reviews, writen by people who dont know what they are talking about. when i had my wedding there in november, i payed top dollar and got everything the best. i come to Eugene and Tsila, the managers, for almost all my events and i always come out very happy.

I went to a wedding at Orion palace. 1St a few of the waiters look like they came out of rehab. The food I had was ok but nothing to brag about the dumpster is right in front of the entrance. Not good. The Parking was done by some men who look like thugs. I rather to have been at chunky cheese.
