Met some friends at this restaurant not knowing anything about it. The ambience and the food were terrific. Hostess was friendly and the wait staff were pleasant. They had that nice "present but not hovering" talent so you never waited for anything. The wines they selected for us were very good and reasonably priced. The menu had options that could satisfy a broad range of appetites - from burgers to chicken parm on linquine to salmon and steaks. A very nice brussels sprout salad served chopped and warm - different and tasty. Dinner was filling so sampled only but the desserts were first rate. Nice place to know on LI.
