Went to the Organic Ave store in my neighborhood this morning....as I do about once or twice per week. Although the prices are high, the quality is good and the service is usually good. Today, I used the scanner at the store (it reads your phone and then charges you), but it was not working. Apparently, when their is a system upgrade, you need to log in again. I did not remember my name and password and could not use the device. It was early and did not have my wallet. I was disappointed (not angry)....and the manager has seen me many times and knew I lived in the neighborhood. Is it normal to just let a regular customer leave, rather than to tell them to take the drink and come back later w the money or the correct scan? Seemed like very poor customer service. BTW, the quality and cleanliness of the store is very good....and my guess is that most of their employees would not handle this situation the same.

The food is overly priced and does not taste good. Healthy food can taste good, but Organic Avenue does not necessarily do that well. Their service is also poor -- I have ordered my food several times on Seamless and it has always taken more than an hour to arrive.
