Our family purchased a vacuum from this location and the product works well. We were given the traditional Oreck warranty and service plan complimentary with every purchase. The owner was even charming by walking barefoot onto his showroom floor--a nice touch, since this place would pride itself on the the cleanliness of the carpet. When I went back to get my vacuum cleaned for its annual checkup, the unit was returned making noises it hadn't made before--when I inquired about this, I was informed I would have to return again and get additional service to fix the damage of the last round of service. This has dissuaded me from ever returning and now live with an insufferably loud vacuum cleaner.
