Ordini Pools

Extremely bad service!
1st. Ridiculous amount for 15 ft pool.
2nd. Being first time home buyer replacing a pool wasn't given all info needed to replace.
3rd. Come back to purchase pool that I'm replacing. Guy tells me "He isn't selling me a pool with out proper dcuments". Well of you would have educated me on what I need then maybe I would have had them.

Then goes ahead to tell me " You should have done your research". Excuse me,that's why I am in your establishment to inform myself. Meanwhile you have a sarcastic smart remark. Nasty attitude and on top of that tells me "Sorry I have to be the one to bear the bad news:. Are you kidding me!!

Walked out. I won't give them my hard working money. I will post this online on social media and on yelp.

Very poor customer service..the worst in history for me.

Low quality chemicals . No matter how much chlorine I put in the pool the chlorine level would not come up. Also clouded up the water which was hard to clear up. Now I have a large container I can't use . Avoid this business if you have a pool. You will regret it.

I just had to write a review of Ordini pools having just purchased a 21 ft round pool from them which was expertly installed by Richard. From start to finish James couldn't have been more helpful or professional. This is the first time I ever bought a pool and when I went to their show room I had the pleasure of also speaking with Carol, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything they said they would do, they did, when they said they would do it. James gave us some tips and good advice. I would highly recommend them.

after i bought the pool i was forgotten. i was told from another pool vendor I should have received a pool kit with a brush and skimmer and didn't receive that. then after the pool was hooked up the filter wasn't working and they said they would come out 4 days later and never showed or returned my calls so i have had a pool sitting for over 5 days now with no chemicals (because they said to leave it they would take care of it) or filter running and am scrambling to get another company to come out and service it because no one from Ordini got back to me. I wouldn't go back there if i could do it over again.

Priced right, great service and lower tax rate. Can't beat this place for pools and supplies.
