great food great service. expensive

Friendly service but waited very long time for a table the sea bass was made in a rush wasn't very impressed but the sushi and iced coffee was delicious we waited a while for our food

I had the tilapia with almond sauce. it was delicious! the fish was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. the place was very clean and the service was excellent. I would undoubtedly recommend this restaurant!

the food is high priced but good we went there for lunch it was beautiful so we went with a few friends for dinner we made reservations we got there at 6:00 PM the place was half empty we sat down, ordered and waited more than 45 minutes for appetizer and then additional 60 minutes for main course which came after 8:00 PM needless to say the service was bad and they had the Chutzpa to charge 18% TIP we recommend lunch as it is buffet style but not dinner as the kitchen can not handle individual orders

Drove into Brooklyn from Montreal. We had a bad experience on our first day at another restaurant. So I looked up online and found this Orchidea on 12th ave with good reviews. Decided to try it. Walked in a few minutes after opening. Right away very courteous and warm service. As we walked in it looked like when you stay at a fancy Hotel in Jerusalem and walk down to a continental breakfast. Very clean, colours of the decor were soft and pleasing.

They were having a buffet, but the waiter said we could order anything else.
We went for the buffet. He asked if I wanted something to drink and some bread. Yes to both. Coffee and a large roll arrived quickly.

They had 3 types of salads, sushi, baked Salmon, fried eggplant with cheese, pasta with cheese, borekas, soup and desert.

I tried a little of everything and they were all done excellent. The buffet presentation was nice clean, the service was great. This is the first time that I have seen a kosher restaurant have 2 ingredients that are always missing; good food and good service.

To the staff keep up the good work, and to the owner you should be proud to run such an establishment.
