I would give zero stars if I could. I am a college graduate who was preparing for graduate school at Columbia and was APPALLED with the level of disservice and neglect I faced. I was wrongfully charged and the landlords (COSO LLC) went out of their way to ignore my attempts to rectify things. This group treats tenants terribly and is run extremely poorly.
