I Called the owner prior to leaving to go his store about selling silver that I had. He gave me his buying price and I told him I was on my way. After traveling all the way to his store, he tells me that I need a receipt to sell him the silver ( a law that he must follow) however, he asked if I had gold instead and would buy it from me if I had it. I said before leaving that he should have just told me over the phone that I should bring a receipt so I would have not wasted my time going there. He just shrugged his shoulders. Bad business man and rude.
