Really bad customer service, i bought a wax hair removal and i didn't check if the container was open or anything. The next day i was going to wax my eyebrows and i couldn't open the container, so i decided to go back and exchange it for another one. The rude guy told me that i cant exchange it because it seems it was used but the funny part was that he need it to get heavy duty gloves to open it. if you compare the strength of a men and a women it wont be the same and to top it all off the container was almost empty, how im going to use almost the entire bottle of wax in 2 days, that's super crazy. any how if i could give them a 0 stars i would. HORRIBLE PLACE
