Optical Academy

I normally do not leave reviews, especially negative ones. Unfortunately, I feel like I have no choice. My son visited Optical Academy, it took months to get his prescription emailed to me. I finally ordered glasses from Costco and they are way too strong for my son. I called Optical Academy, receptionist told me to hold on and put me into voice mail. Meanwhile, my son still does not have his glasses. Frustrating!

Everyone at optical academy was positive, welcoming, and happy to be there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with getting glasses and confident in the glasses that I picked out. The prices were great and the customer service was AMAZING! I will definitely be recommending optical academy to friends and family!

My wife and I went to the Clifton office for an appointment we made a week ahead of time by phone. We had an extremely positive experience. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our eye exams were thorough but done with little wait time. This is our second year buying glasses at Optical Academy. The prices are right and the environment is very pleasant.

Optical Academy just provided service to our students, some parents and some staff. The technicians were cordial, patient and extremely polite. I gave them 4 stars because I want to see how the frames/lenses will be delivered, but I am sure that the process will be great! I've never worked with Warby Parker, but I'd go with Optical Academy again given today's event. Fantastic...

Optical Academy today spent the whole at Action Head Start in Brick, NJ . Optical Academy came to our Head Start program to provide the children, parents, extended family member and staff a personal one on one eye exam. I must say that Optical Academy staff treat all of us with great care and respect. The knowledge they carry, for us was beyond helpful. Optical Academy treat us all with kindness, caring and may sure we understood everything that was going on. Thank you Optical Academy for caring for all of us with great respect.
