The office staff is horrible and I was waiting over an hour to be called in past my appointment time. Not only that but for some odd reason they have no parking so you must park in Astoria spaces which is not specified. I became frustrated and left. I rather find a new doctor. At the least they could had let me know the doctor was running late.

I visited this location to see Dr. Valerie Trubnik. She was extremely professional, as well as the support staff and billing department. I highly recommend this practice for providing the rare combination of great eye care, customer service and professionalism.
