I used to live in the neighborhood in a similar building, so I'm clearly fond of these loft-type residences. The structure is quirky with rather large rooms, refurbished hardwood floors and exposed brick. There are always a few people hanging out in the front courtyard smoking cigarettes when the weather cooperates.
