Anthony Casabianca was great to deal with. Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do and he made me feel comfortable without making me feel I was getting taken advantage. Great car, great price. He is great at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.

Easy recommendation to anyone buying a car. Chris Whitehair is a quality person. It was a refreshingly easy process and his willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty speaks volumes for the business. Without a doubt I will be a repeat buyer and recommend anyone to open road manhattan and Chris Whitehair.

Had a great experience leasing my Tiguan with Roger Germosen. It was my first car lease and everyone at Open Road was professional and helpful, and I never felt pressure from the dealership -- they were super straightforward and honest and gave me a great deal. Roger was very patient and quick to respond to all my questions, even after I left the dealership. Very happy with the whole experience.

I dealt with Jose Mendez on my second Touareg lease. He was very informative and was available for all my questions. Very nice job with following up and showing what the new Touareg has to offer, via email and by phone. Overall, I recommend Jose Mendez if you are looking into VW. Experience with Jose was great, only downside, VW no longer offers free yearly maintenance.

Had a superb experience with the sales consultant, Roger Germosen. We did the entire transaction via email. He was patient and answered every question we had along the way. When we showed up the car and price (2016 Tiguan SEL) were exactly as promised. I couldn't have been happier. If you're looking for a VW, I'd highly recommend working with Roger.
